New Year’s Eve Rome

If you’re spending New Years in Rome well then well done, it’s a good choice. Rome does know how to put on a show for December 31 and it is a once in a life time experience. But year after year we meet guests on our tours who are not at all prepared and come in for a bit of a surprise on the day. That’s why we organise a trip in which we get you guys all together and take you to a hill over looking Rome where our guide Sean will talk a about Rome, it’s history and tell you some tales about the city which you will find entertaining, then we will share some champagne and count in the New Year finish the beverages and get you home safe and sound.

Some advice

Rome can be a bit tricky for the new year, restaurants get fully booked and some can be so much more expensive so do please book very early. The most important piazzas are open for celebrations and are perfect for the count down but there is a problem, some people let of fire works into the crowds while others hurl empty bottles through the air not caring where it lands. Then it’s almost impossible to get a taxi and if you do get one they charge you far too much. That’s why we have provided this well organized and safe way for us all to celebrate in a place with a beautiful view of the city far enough away from any danger. It’s nice for us all to get together and friendships are formed during these hours.

Transportation is provided but we would ask you to bring your own drinks as we would not be allowed to do that sort of thing but we can help you polish it off till there isn’t a drop left.
