Morocco Next door to Europe with easy flights and easy Visa entry this is a great place to experience. Its cheap, its warm, the beaches are great, the mountains are amazing and the people are so friendly. There are lots of bars and great restaurants too. The fish is always fresh, actually everything in Morocco is fresh its uncommon to see food wrapped in plastic so considering the price your onto a good thing visiting Morocco. Driving in Morocco is safe since traffic cops are everywhere. The trains are nice too offering long trips to talk with locals, some especially the young almost speak English. Moroccans are great when it comes to customer service too so be ready for that its something you often dont expect. Each city has so much culture with lots of shops selling hand crafted arts which are amazing and its not the type of cheap Chinese crap you get in Rome or Istanbul. You could spend a year in Morocco and never have a day with nothing to do or a day when you can’t afford to be there. Its an easy going Muslim country offering the best that Islamic art and tradition offers, and they really do protect and respect visitors since we are a large part of their income and it is in their history to be welcoming. I myself first worked in Morocco 20 yrs ago on films, so I got to know the people and landscape very well. A few girls broke my young heart here. Now we have a good local contact whose name is Simo, he is totally reliable, speaking excellent English and other languages we have come to rely on him without hesitation. In short if your going to Morocco whatsapp or email me. If you need Simo to book a driver, a hotel or activity I will put you in touch with Simo. Marrakesh is a beautiful but difficult city, hot, costly and horribly polluted. Essaouira and El Jadida are amazing, next to the sea and not far from Marrakesh by bus or private taxi which is cheap. These port towns are cheap, with excellent restaurants and good people with lots to do. There are many parts of Morocco where you can visit the Sahara, a very high mountain ranges and terrific rivers in deep valley ranges which Simo can recommend or organize. I am linking some local bus sines for you to use when your in Morocco they are all listed below and you won’t regret using their services.
