Heart of Florence Walk

A two hour walk easy on the feet but heavy on the mind, a good over view of the city’s main squares, fountains and Historical buildings worth a story and of course the famous Ponte Vecchio of Florence.  This is a good first day option as a good introduction to Florence, the Medici family and a revelation into the ideas behind our Renaissance. Book this especially on a Monday when everything else in Florence is closed.

The Academia

In here you see, experience and stun your mind with a view of the Original David sculpture.  After your hour of staring at this naked youth with his little thing we take you through the museums to see more nudity, strange forms and great stories, this is all about sculpture but it’s Essential ingredients to the whole Culture of The Renaissance. Of course we skip the line

Uffizzi Gallery

This gallery is another of the great gems of Florence the Renaissance and the Medici family. Situated in the heart of the city of Florence it’s easy to get to and if course we skip the lines. My historians do particularly like this museum.  A walk-through this will last almost 2 hours from the time we start the tour so do get in touch as soon as possible because tickets sell Fast.
