Rome is beautiful, its romantic and easy to feel at home in, despite the crappy little toilets and tiny steps everywhere. But if your in Rome for Halloween your in the right place because although Romans dont know how to celebrate Halloween night we the Irish do.  We invented it, thats actually not BS thats true.

Without leaving the little ones unable to sleep I have a walking tour which particularly focuses on the dark side of the Roman Empire, both CVhistian and Pagan, and let me tell you that its not pretty.

whats this tour about and what does it reveal?

its designed to bring some atmosphere into the night of you happened to be in Rome during Halloween, its also a very good history and a kid of shock or wake up call in terms of how Popes, city leaders, rich Roman families and ancient Romans behaved.  From churhces to walls and fountains this 2.5 hr walk wont turn you off a great dinner that night but it will give you food for thought in your bed for many years.

I am not going to list the sites we visit because the Element is what this is all about and although the visits might and will pass some sites you have already seen in central Rome the tour has a whole other slant, it really wont be the same information.
